Adam Yared - Managing Director

Adam has been at the leading edge of Internet business for over 10 years and has extensive experience in Internet Marketing, Web Architecture, Multimedia and Mobile applications

Adam has held senior positions in Business Development and Project Management for mBill, OZeCorp and Web Twentyone. Adam has worked on eCommerce and Multimedia projects for Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), Billabong International, RACQ, Capilano, News Corporation, QSI Payments and a wide range of small and large organizations in many different business sectors.

Adam oversees business development and project management in Australia and works closely with the development team to efficiently and effectively deliver projects.

Clifford Giles – Partner International Markets

Clifford heads up the expansion program in international markets.

He brings core competencies in building, investing and preparing businesses for growth across vertical markets including media, technology, travel, financial and sports sectors in global markets.

A passionate individual, who brings the right commercial acumen to delivering business growth to organizations. Has over 10 years experience in growing businesses, with the latter six years leading two start ups to double digit growth, with one business being acquired by a publicly listed company.

Shane Hicks - Design Director

Shane is an excellent print, web and multimedia graphic designer. He has a good understanding of many types of media and is able to take a concept from "print to web" effectively.

With a number of years in the print and Internet industry and excellent technical skills, Shane has worked with a number of locally respected agencies including DTB, Visible Image, CW Creative and Studio Horizon.

Ben Stickland - Technical Director

Ben Stickland completed a combined Computing / Management degree in 1999 and upon graduation was awarded the Vice Chancellors Award for the most outstanding student in his graduating year. Ben has also recently completed a Masters of Software Systems Engineering part time. Over the last five years Ben has worked as a freelance programmer heading up a small software development team that is the core of MOTU medias' technological development

He has overseen and personally developed complex web based systems now in use in both the private and public sectors. Ben also has a strong knowledge of web marketing techniques and strategies, having personally developed a number of websites that generate tens of thousands of dollars per month.
